Digital Arts customer service and response time is impressive!

I started an online shop in January/February 2007, I had had some quotes and then spotted Mercurion Online shop from Digital Arts.
We already had a domain name and was being hosted by one of NZ's biggest web site hosts.
After comparing prices we decided to change to Digitalarts for hosting. Response time and personalized customer service is far above and beyond what you can get elsewhere.
Our graphic designer was in touch with Michal (Digital Arts) often and between me, my partner and the graphic designer our web site was taking form...with flurries of emails and ideas.
Michal was there to accommodate all we needed - and some were time consuming with tasks loads of data to load and extra code to be added to our site so it did what we wanted it to do.
We have all we need at the moment, and heaps of room to expand and upgrade! I suspect that we are only using a fraction of what the software and online shop really offers.
But it is great for our needs. When it came to testing and uploading credit card software for our online shop Michal was a phone call away and it was a smooth transition.
